New business hours: Monday through Thursday, 10 am. - 5 pm. Closed Fridays.
For the safety of our customers and staff, our framing showroom will remain closed until further notice!
Due to our response to COVID-19, West Shore will be working with minimal staff and for reduced hours during our phased reopening. We apologize if your lead time is longer than our normal turnaround time. If we are all working on filling orders, you may get voicemail when you call. Please be prepared if you get voicemail, to leave us enough information to process and fill your order. We will get your order ready for shipment or pickup. Your credit card will NOT be charged until we fill your order. Then we will ship your order via UPS, US Postal Service, Truck, or hold it for Will Call (see below).
We will fill orders in the order that they are received, and as new inventory shipments arrive. If any of the items you order are out of stock, we will get them in when our suppliers are back up and shipping. Then we will ship your order via UPS, US Postal Service, Truck, or hold it for Will Call (see below).

For Pickup Orders: We will have contactless, curbside pickup. West Shore will notify you when your order is complete. Give us your credit card number so that your paperwork will be totally processed before your pickup. Call us when you are heading to West Shore to get your order, so that we will watch for you. Call again when you get here. Depending on the size of your order, we will place your order outside the door under the overhang, or pop your trunk and we will place it in your car. Quick and easy!
Please note: We have accumulated a backlog of paid orders that were placed before and during the shutdown. These orders will take precedence over new orders, which will be processed next. After all orders have been filled, we will contact you if you have left general messages, or sent emails, without specifying what you want to order. Please be patient! We will do our best to contact you as soon as it is feasible to answer general inquiries.
